มูลนิธิมีข่าวประชาสัมพันธ์และแจ้งให้ทราบดังนี้ค่ะ

1. มูลนิธิจะจัดคอร์สเตรียมตัวตายอย่างมีสติ ตอน การแตกสลายของธาตุและเตรียมจิตสำหรับวาระสุดท้าย ระหว่างวันที่ 16-18สิงหาคม ณ ศูนย์ขทิรวัน หัวหิน ขอเชิญผู้สนใจร่วมภาวนาและเรียนรู้ คอร์สนี้จะปูพื้นให้เราได้เข้าใจเนื้อหาในคัมภีร์มรณศาสตร์ของทิเบต เรียนรู้เทคนิควิธีการภาวนารวมทั้งการตั้งทัศนคติ เพื่อการใช้ชีวิตที่เหลืออยู่อย่างงดงาม รู้เท่าทัน และเพื่อการจากไปอย่างมีสติ คอร์สนี้เป็นพื้นฐานของคอร์สเตรียมตัวตายในระดับต่อไป รายละเอียดของคอร์ส โปรดดูในโปสเตอร์ที่แนบ ขณะนี้รับผู้สนใจเพิ่มได้อีก 10-15 คนค่ะ

2. คอร์สภาวนาเมตตาภาวนาแบบทิเบต"พระมหามารดาเชรับ ชัมมา" เพื่อฉลองวันแม่ 12 สิงหาคม เลื่อนไปเป็นวันเสาร์ที่ 31 สิงหาคม ที่บ้านมูลนิธิพันดารา ลาดพร้าว ซอย 11 ระหว่างเวลา09.00-15.00 น. ทางมูลนิธิมีอาหารกลางวันและอาหารว่างบริการ ผู้สนใจสามารถบริจาคร่วมกิจกรรมตามศรัทธา 

3. ขอเชิญผู้สนใจรับการบำบัดรักษาจากคุณหมอเซดอร์ ญารงชา จากสถาบันการแพทย์ญารงชา ทิเบต ระหว่างวันที่ 24-27 สิงหาคม ค่าลงทะเบียนท่านละ 400 บาท ไม่รวมค่ายาซึ่งเป็นสมุนไพรจากที่ราบสูงทิเบต 

4. มูลนิธิมีความยินดีที่จะเรียนให้ทราบว่า องค์พระแม่ตารา หน้าตัก 5 นิ้ว รูปหล่อทองเหลือง ปิดทองโดยฝีมือสว.รสนา โตสิตระกูล ขณะนี้สามารถให้เช่าบูชาได้แล้ว ตามรายละเอียดที่แนบ

Dear all,

The Foundation is holding a few activities in August as well as have invited Dr. Tsedor Nyarongsha to come back to Thailand to give medical advice and treatment to patients. 

1. Death with Mindfulness: "Dissolution of the Elements and Preparing the Mind for the Final Moment" August 16-18 at Khadiravana Center, Hua-hin. The course focuses on background knowledge which helps us understand the Tibetan Book of the Dead as well as meditation techniques and preparing us for a meaningful life. This course is an introductory course for more advanced sessions on mindfulness of death. 

2. Meditation on "The Great Mother Sherab Chamma". Foundation House on Ladprao Road, Bangkok. August 31 from 9 am to 3 pm. We will provide lunch and breaks. Donations are accepted.

3. Dr. Tsedor Nyerongsha from the Nyerongsha Medical Institute, Lhasa, will come to Thailand again to see Thai patients from August 24 - 27. Registration fees is 400 Baht, not including the cost of herbal medicine from the Tibetan Plateau.

We are pleased to inform you that Green Tara images gilded by Senator Rosana Tositrakul are now available. Interested persons, please contact us at 1000tara@gmail.com. The proceeds support the Kundrol Great Stupa project.
