เยียวยาจิตใจบนวิถีตารา (Green Tara Retreat)

ณ ศูนย์ขทิรวัน ธรรมาศรมแบบทิเบต ก่อตั้งขึ้นโดยได้รับแรงบันดาลใจจากพระโพธิสัตว์ตารา

มูลนิธิ พันดาราขอเชิญผู้สนใจร่วมปฏิบัติธรรมเพื่อฝึกสมาธิถึงพระโพธิสัตว์ตารา (ปางศยามตาราหรือ Green Tara) บริกรรมภาวนามนตราประจำพระองค์ ซึ่งเป็นการภาวนาเพื่อเยียวยาจิตใจและบ่มเพาะความกรุณา การปฏิบัติพระศยามตาราให้อานิสงส์ในการขจัดความกลัว ความโกรธ ความท้อแท้ อารมณ์บ่อนทำลายทั้งหลาย และยังให้อานิสงส์ในการขจัดอุปสรรคในการทำงานและในชีวิต และขอเชิญร่วมพิธีมนตราภิเษกเพื่อขอพรในการปฏิบัติบูชาพระองค์ ถวายดวงประทีปแด่พระมหาสถูปอุทิศแด่พระแม่ตารา ณ บริเวณก่อสร้าง ร่วมทำบุญปล่อยปลา 150,000 ตัวกับริมโปเชซึ่งการทำบุญนี้เราจะขอพรจากพระแม่ตาราให้คุ้มครองชีวิตสัตว์ เหล่านี้

The Thousand Stars Foundation invites the public to join Green Tara Empowerment and meditation, whose purpose is to develop compassion and to heal the mind. Meditating on Tara is beneficial in eliminating fear, anger, despair and other negative emotions; it also eliminates obstacles in daily life. Receiving an empowerment of Tara is a doorstep in meditation on her. Participants also offer candle light to the Tara Great Stupa at the construction site, as well as join hands in releasing more than 100,000 fish at the Kaeng Krachan Reservoir in Petchaburi.

There will be no registration fees for this event. We have simple food and lodging for the participants. Interested persons may want to donate according to their wishes. There will be a fee of 700 baht for those who travel with a van organized by the Foundation (including the travel to Kaeng Krachan).
