ภาวนาซกเช็นและเรียนรู้วัฒนธรรมพุทธแบบทิเบต วันอาทิตย์ที่ 24 เมษายน เวลา 9.30-12.00 น. บ้านมูลนิธิพันดารา ภาวนานี้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการจัดสมาธิภาวนา ทุกวันอาทิตย์ที่สองของเดือน

Dzogchen Practice and Learn about Tibetan Culture on Sunday April 24, 9.30 am-12 noon, at the Thousand Stars Foundation House. This practice will be held regularly on the second Sunday of every month.
